Hodgson Basketball Spectator Policies

 

Below please find the policies for home basketball games being held at Hodgson Vo Tech this season.  These policies are put in place to ensure the safety of all spectators, as well as the teams.  Failure to follow the procedures outlined below may result in your removal from the game.

 

Tickets/Cost

 

1. The cost to enter V/JV boys basketball games is $5.00 for everyone.  There is no cost to enter girls games at this time.  

2. All tickets for boys basketball games must be purchased ONLINE IN ADVANCE ONLINE.  NO cash will be accepted or tickets sold at the gate.

   1. Ticket sales for the game will open 72 hours prior and close at noon the day of the game.

   2. Tickets may be purchased online via ticket spicket at the link below or on our sports pages.

   4. For events requiring a ticket, please have your ticket open on your phone upon entering the gym lobby.

3. *NCCVT and Hodgson reserve the right to deny admission to any of its athletic events*

 

Spectator Procedures/Policies

 

The following procedures and protocols will be in place for all spectators at Hodgson basketball games.

*THERE WILL BE NO CONCESSIONS SERVED DURING GAMES.  DUE TO CONSTRUCTION THE CONCESSION STAND HAS BEEN TURNED INTO A STORAGE CLOSET*  

 

1. Ticket sales close at noon on game days.

2. Ticket is required for entry.

3. Spectators must enter the game via the gym lobby.

4. An outside security agency will be in attendance as well as the use of metal detectors to ensure a safe environment.

5. Only spectators with ties to the two teams or schools will be permitted to enter into the game.  This includes family members, students, faculty, and staff of the participating teams.

6. No entrance to the game after the end of the second quarter.

7. No re-entry to the game at any time.

8. No outside food or drink.

9. No bags are to be brought into the gym.

10. No fan seating will be allowed behind the team benches.

11. No ski masks or full face gators are permitted.

12. Spectators are not permitted to enter the playing court at any time for any reason.

13. At the conclusion of the game all spectators should exit through the gym lobby in a timely manner.  Visiting teams will not be re-entering the gym following the game.
